The terms for booking and using our services

Version 1.0 Effective: June 14, 2026 View all versions →

TL;DR — Book in good faith; cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a CAD $50 fee. Payments go through Square. We may update these Terms at any time, and the current posted version applies. Ontario law governs.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spalicious Fun Bar website and services. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Each section opens with a short TL;DR summary.

1. Booking & Appointments

TL;DR — Book honestly with accurate details; we'll confirm your appointment.

When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend at the scheduled time. We will confirm your appointment by email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where necessary (for example, due to staff availability or a service that requires a prior consultation).

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

TL;DR — Cancel more than 48 hours ahead, no charge. Within 48 hours or a no-show: up to CAD $50.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment start time, or failure to attend (a "no-show"), may be subject to a cancellation fee of CAD $50. Where you have provided a card on file, this fee may be charged to it; otherwise it may be invoiced. We may waive the fee at our discretion (for example, in a genuine emergency).

3. At-Home / Mobile Services

TL;DR — Some services can come to you; a travel surcharge may apply by distance, and some services are salon-only.

Selected services are available at your location. A travel surcharge may apply based on distance from our service area, shown to you before you confirm. Some services are not available off-site for safety or equipment reasons; these are marked during booking. You agree to provide a safe, suitable space for at-home services.

4. Payments

TL;DR — Square processes payments. We never store your card number.

Payments and any card-on-file are processed by Square, Inc. We do not store your card number; we hold at most a secure token from Square. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change over time.

5. Health, Consultations & Suitability

TL;DR — Tell us about allergies/conditions; some services need a consultation first; results vary.

You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to your service. Certain services require a consultation or patch test before booking and are marked accordingly. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome.

6. Your Privacy

TL;DR — We collect only name, email, phone, address; see the Privacy Policy.

We collect only your name, email, phone, and address, used to provide our services (and, if you opt in, our newsletter). See our Privacy Policy for full details, including how to access or delete your data.

TL;DR — To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spalicious Fun Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
